Twenty-One Plus (T.O.P.) Program

The HollyDELL Adult Program at T.O.P. provides adult day services for adults who are over 21 years of age. This site maintains a 1:3 ratio of staff to individuals. Nursing services are an integral part of the daily program at T.O.P.

Interpersonal relationships, community involvement, leisure activities and overall physical and emotional growth are the major components of the Adult Program at T.O.P. Fun, combined with work-related activities, provides our adults’ lives with meaning, success and motivation.

Their day is full of cognitive, medical, and physical activities that are carried out in a nurturing atmosphere based on their individual needs and joys. Time in the community provides our adults with life experiences that are essential to their continued emotional growth and enhancements of friendships.
